Kitzberg wrote “In the Whirl of Winds” 105 years ago. The story is still fresh. On February 24, 1940, this was the opening play of Rakvere Theatre. Now it is coming again. They revolt and demand their rights. One man thinks of the entire nation but does not see the woman beside him. A second man demands the return of his land and loves the wife of another man. The woman doesn t know which one to choose. Passions surge, people fight. Everybody wants only good – everything is in the hurricane, in the whirlwinds. Who wins in such a situation?
