The festival of theatre bands

At theatres, people make music also off the stage. There are talented people among stage technicians, props masters, dressmakers and all other people related to theatre. To give the public the opportunity to see all of this, for the second time already, a festival of theatre bands will take place at the Harbour Theatre in Tartu on September 10, 2011. The audience will see the stars of the last year: the band Kantriansambel (“The country band”) from Pärnu Endla, Õõvastus (“Dismay”) and Merca and friends from Vanemuine, United Doorbells Orchestra and RAMM or Rakvere Akadeemiline Meesansambel Meesansambel (Rakvere’s Academic Male ensemble Male ensemble) from Rakvere theatre. The newcomers are the band of Von Krahl theatre and opera quartet and Jüri Aarma from Estonia theatre. A number of surprise performances are planned! Between the performances of the bands, people among the theatre folk choose the music. The host of the festival is Ott Sepp.

The tickets (EUR 5) are sold at the selling points of Piletilevi and Piletimaailm all over Estonia.
